These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mextro Auction (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Mextro Auction is a global listing platform that allows sellers to advertise vehicles and allows buyers to browse and contact sellers directly. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, and we do not process vehicle payments on behalf of either party.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Sellers must register for an account and hold an active membership plan to publish vehicle listings. Membership fees are billed as described on the Membership page and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet our content or quality guidelines.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos, and pricing in their listings. Mextro Auction does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition, legality, or ownership of any vehicle listed on the Platform.
All communication and negotiation regarding a vehicle sale takes place directly between the buyer and seller, outside of the Platform. Mextro Auction is not responsible for any dispute, damage, loss, or fraud arising from a transaction between users. We strongly encourage buyers to inspect any vehicle in person and to verify ownership documents before making any payment.
You agree not to use the Platform to post fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or infringing content, or to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent listings, or otherwise misuse the Platform, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mextro Auction and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction conducted between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
